3. Schedule a Virtual Meeting
   We’ll set up an initial virtual meeting to get to know you better and discuss all the essentials, ensuring both sides are aligned on expectations and deliverables.
4. Finalize the Job Description
   After confirming the job details and any specific assessments, we’ll finalize the plan and move forward with the hiring process.
5. Service Agreement and Payment
   You’ll receive a service agreement covering a 30-calendar-day recruitment period, along with an invoice for $500. Once these are signed and paid, we’ll assign a dedicated recruiter to work directly with you.
6. Added Value: Bonus Recruitment Time
   To maximize your investment, we include an extra 5 business days in addition to the 30-calendar-day recruitment period. This ensures ample time for job postings and sourcing top-notch candidates.
